Refundable policy

Kindly clarify your doubts before you make a payments for any of our membership plans. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded. In case you have any doubts or query please drop an email at info@tuitiontopper.com. We will assist you as soon as possible.

Connect(s) Return Policy

In the following cases, only your connect(s) will be quickly returned without any hurdle after confirmation from both parties. You just have to report our customer executive for the same:

1. If a tutor contacts parent/student but parent/students refused to schedule a demo class.
2. Any technical issues with our service.
3. If Parent/Student found giving fake mobile number.
4. If Parent/Student are not picking up their Phone(tutor must have contacted thrice but failed to communicate).
5. If Parent/Student found with bad behavior or using abusive language in Demo Class.

Cancellation Policy

6. After Making Payment for any membership, if you wish to cancel Your Membership with us, please contacts our Customer Support team on info@tuitionsteacher.com, we will Deactivate Your Account within 24hrs, But No Refund would be granted in this case.
